IHCS provides in-home care services, seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support business units with HR services, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Requirements

  • 4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and proficiency in HRIS platforms.
  • Expert organizational, task-management, and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and city employment and labor laws.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience managing complex FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave of absence cases.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating employee benefits programs and leading organizational wellness initiatives.
