Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr Inventory Management Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control experience. They will use handheld RF scanners and mobile apps to perform replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–3 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control experience
  • Confident using RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning apps and basic Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills—especially via email—and a friendly, solution-focused approach
  • A self-starter who thrives with detail, accountability, and teamwork
