Job Description
Work as a Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain, support, and monitor the IT infrastructure for Encore's offices and job sites. Travel to other offices required. Must have at least 8 years of experience in IT systems administration and relevant certifications.

  • Troubleshoot and remediate 3rd and 4th level support issues impacting the operation of the corporate data and voice infrastructure
  • Mentoring responsibilities
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for service providers and coordinate circuit design, provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting
  • Document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
  • Plan, design, implement, and continuously improve disaster recovery procedures
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends
  • Interact and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and contract consultants
  • Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation for system builds and modifications
  • Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively
  • Propose new IT services and solutions to the end users and the senior management team

  • Expertise across a broad range of Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies, including but not limited to: current and future Windows Operating Systems, all components of Active Directory, Azure, Collaborative Communications and workspaces.
  • Expertise in writing Windows Power Shell scripts for automation or maintenance
  • Expertise in Active Directory Domain Services including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Sites & Services and supporting infrastructure.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Office 365 back-end infrastructure including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business
