Job Description
Mindtech is looking for a Sr/Lead Odoo (Python) Engineer to lead the implementation and customization of the Odoo platform, supporting internal infrastructure and integrations with other company services.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python, focused on backend development (5+ years)
  • Proven experience with Odoo (3+ years)
  • Experience integrating Odoo with external systems and services
  • Strong experience designing scalable solutions and leading development teams
  • Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality, standards, and proper documentation
  • Experience with unit testing and participation in QA processes
