Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Mail & Messaging, Identity, Security & Compliance Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of critical enterprise services across messaging, identity, collaboration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in mail flow, Teams collaboration, identity, compliance, and security controls, and strong command of SAFe Agile delivery practices.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years Product and/or Operations Management experience or related experience
  • 2 years experience in PM II or similar role preferred
  • 5-7 years leadership experience preferred
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including directory services, identity lifecycle dependencies, access governance concepts, and integration with Microsoft 365 workloads
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, legal hold, retention, and compliance operations
  • Experience managing or partnering on Proofpoint mail security capabilities
