Job Description
Niagara is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime and troubleshoot equipment failures in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment and be able to communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Adhere to and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide
  • Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging
  • Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize equipment downtime with root cause analysis conducted to prevent re-occurrence
