Job Description
This Sr. Maintenance Technician position is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for two residential properties. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience
  • Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment
  • General computer experience
  • Current and valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • High School diploma or GED
  • CPO, HVAC, EPA certification, boilers license is desired
