Job Description
Grocery Outlet is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise QA to lead the strategy, design, and execution of quality assurance initiatives across enterprise-level applications and systems.

Requirements

  • Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the enterprise QA strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
  • Quality Assurance Management: Oversee end-to-end QA lifecycle including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Test Automation & Tools: Champion automation-first approach and increase test coverage through modern frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Governance: Establish QA governance models, standards, and documentation.
