Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Sales West, the Sr. Manager, Business Development, plays a key role in supporting sales growth through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and operational execution. This role proactively leads engagement with Sales to improve forecast accuracy, optimize trade investment, and deliver actionable financial analysis to support customer planning.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or Sales Finance, preferably in the CPG industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with consumption data (IRI/Circana or Nielsen) and BI tools (Power BI) systems is an asset
  • Strong communication skills, prior experience translating marketing and sales plans into tools that support the sales teams
  • Excellent organizational skills, is proactive with internal deadlines, can successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborative and positive interpersonal skills, can successfully navigate problem-solving with internal partners, demonstrated experience in creating internal partnerships and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Passion for putting customers and consumers at the forefront of actions and strategies
