Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Contracts & Customer Support will oversee a team of two contracts professionals, managing proposal and contract management duties for the Emerging Markets & Technology Segment. This role requires expertise in analyzing, drafting, and negotiating strategic R&D agreements and large dollar customer and partnership agreements.

What You Will Do

Develop positive relationships with external customers, build strong relationships with internal customers, and effectively team with key business leaders to achieve business goals. Streamline contracts-related processes, manage personnel, and provide training and development for personnel assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 10+ years relevant work experience
  • 5 years in large dollar contract management
  • Defense industry experience
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
  • Experience understanding Intellectual Property and other key terms and conditions
