Job Description
Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate Strategy to develop long-range and strategic plans for HCA by identifying strategic issues and/or opportunities that could affect future growth and profitability. The role will lead business strategy team members overseeing projects centered around new business opportunities, development of presentations for executive leaders, market surveillance, competitor benchmark, internal capability gap assessment, enterprise alignment, and other strategic initiatives that drive HCA's key enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Corporate/Business Strategy, Strategic Planning in Sales & Marketing, or Business Intelligence
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience managing teams and large-scale projects.
  • Management consultant experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance or related discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills involving large complex data sets
  • Deep understanding of market trends to drive business success
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills to successfully lead enterprise-wide projects
  • Proven ability to manage a team and simultaneously ensure the success of multiple enterprise-wide projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to successfully manage, train, develop and mentor direct reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to present to executives and global leaders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
