Job Description
As the Senior Manager of Customer Insights & Readiness (Support), you will lead a team of Support Product Leads who bridge customer support, product, and engineering. This role focuses on understanding customer interactions to improve product features and ensure exceptional customer service. The team will develop and implement actionable insights to drive product improvements and represent the Voice of the Customer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support leadership role with a track record of hands-on data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of customer support operations and processes, including experience with Zendesk.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Tableau and Zendesk Explore.
