Role OverviewThe Sr. Manager, Energy Mgmt. / Utilities is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of utilities and energy systems supporting manufacturing, laboratory, and commercial operations.
What You Will Do
Lead site-wide energy management and utilities operations, develop and execute energy efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainability initiatives, own utilities reliability, capacity planning, and risk mitigation, manage operating and capital budgets, and partner with a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Energy Engineering, or related field)
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in energy management, utilities, facilities engineering, or industrial infrastructure, including people leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience managing central utility plants and complex site utilities in a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability, and decarbonization strategies
- Proven ability to manage capital projects, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Experience leading teams with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Experience in developing long range planning on sustainability programs and aligning organization goals to strategic energy and sustainability initiatives
