Supervises the implementation of the defined application development roadmap, applies technical expertise to ensure components of solutions or infrastructures are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored and reusable, and enhances working relationships with peers across the engineering teams.

Requirements
- Supervises the implementation of the defined application development roadmap to meet the organization's engineering and technology strategy

- Works with the functional team to create vision and maximize efficiency, reliability and value from application development activities
- Applies technical expertise to ensure components of solutions or infrastructures are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored and reusable
- Enhances working relationships with peers across the engineering teams, collaborating to develop solutions, and provides mentoring/training to junior members of the team
