Job Description
Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sr. Manager, Facilities & Real Estate to lead the strategic planning, management, and execution of its facility and real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of lease administration and portfolio management, with experience negotiating lease terms and purchase/sale agreements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate and/or facilities management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate and/or facilities management
  • Strong working knowledge of lease administration and portfolio management
  • Experience negotiating lease terms and purchase/sale agreements
