Job Description
We are seeking a highly strategic leader to lead part our Games Strategy team at Netflix, shaping the high-level Games strategy for our games business and driving long-term objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, corporate development, or related fields within gaming, entertainment, or technology.
  • Proven success leading high-performing, analytically driven teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience conducting quantitative analyses (including modeling) and qualitative analyses that can drive insights and results.
  • Excellent proficiency with Excel / PowerPoint (and ideally their Google Suite counterparts)
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate complex data & analysis concisely.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Highly intellectually curious, has the courage to challenge the status quo, and exhibits the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Passion for games and a deep understanding of the evolving gaming landscape.
  • Strong passion for Netflix IP and the entertainment industry at large.
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably in Business, Economics, or Statistics.
  • MBA and/or management consulting experience strongly preferred.
