The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and drive measurable improvements in talent retention, leadership capability, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 2+ years in an HRBP role
  • 2+ years in a people management role (preferred)
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and change management
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continually improving.
