Job Description
CompanyCam is seeking a Senior Manager of HR Business Partners to shape its people strategy and drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, aligning people strategies with business goals, and fostering a people-first culture. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and drive measurable improvements in talent retention, leadership capability, and employee engagement.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR experience
2+ years in an HRBP role
2+ years in a people management role (preferred)
Demonstrated understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and change management
Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
Collaborative and inclusive leadership style
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
