Role OverviewProvide strategic and operational HR leadership to drive productivity, engagement, and retention that supports business objectives, company growth, and promote a positive employee experience. Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and compliance practices while guiding a team of HR professionals to deliver effective HR services and business partnership.
What You Will Do
Lead change management efforts, provide strategic direction and governance for regional benefits and compensation programs, lead and develop HR Team, provide strategic direction and governance for regional benefits and compensation programs, lead harmonization amongst US subsidiaries of WEG, serve as Fiduciary on the 401k plan, lead Talent Management programs, champion policy development, serve as escalation point for complex employee relations, compliance, and organizational issues, lead all global mobility and immigration program activity, drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources
- 15+ years of progressive and strategic HR leadership
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits design, and employment law
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
- HR certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing HR teams and driving strategic initiatives
