Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Payroll is a vital member of the Accounting team, responsible for overseeing and executing multi-state payroll operations within an in-house environment.

Requirements

  • BS degree
  • 5 years experience
  • Experience operating in a multinational country environment
  • Excellent understanding of payroll processes, systems, and practices with knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
  • Dependable highly motivated team leader
  • Ability to lead, manage and inspire team members
  • Well organized and able to effectively prioritize and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research, evaluate and analyze inquiries relating to payroll issues and take appropriate action to resolve
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Proficient in computer usage and related software applications, specifically the Microsoft Office suite
  • SAP experience is a plus
