Job Description
The Senior Manager, People & Organization for QVC US Fulfillment is a strategic HRBP role embedded in our Supply Chain organization. You'll Partner with fulfillment site leadership to drive the People strategy across our US distribution operations -- connecting business priorities to talent, culture, and organizational health outcomes for a large, complex workforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience
  • Experience as an HRBP Partnering with operational or site leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
  • Track record managing and developing a team of HR/People professionals
