The Sr. Manager PPI Business Systems leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive PPI strategy for a specific site within the Laboratory Chemicals Division (LCD). This role is crucial in fostering a continuous improvement culture and achieving aspirational growth through enhanced customer experience and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute site-specific PPI strategies aligned with divisional and corporate objectives
  • Design, deploy, and sustain advanced lean methodologies
  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement
