Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Product Management – Commercial IT Sales Technology will lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of innovative technology solutions that enable commercial excellence across global markets. The role combines deep expertise in CRM platforms (Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud) with strong leadership and product management capabilities to support field force effectiveness, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Act as the primary technology business partner for US commercial field sales team and global commercial teams and enabling functions, ensuring alignment of IT solutions with business priorities.
  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development for sales technology platforms, including CRM and related tools.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to develop business cases, perform benefit analysis, and provide accurate estimates for initiatives.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from requirements gathering and functional design to UAT and deployment.
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on sales technology solutions, including next generation CRM platform - Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend strategic improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee training and communication strategies for end-users to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Lead workstreams and ensure delivery plans meet current and future business requirements.
  • Work with business stakeholders to leverage and implement AI capabilities to scale and innovate current technical solutions
