Role OverviewThis is a US-based remote field training leadership position reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Learning & Performance within the Rare Disease Business Unit (RDBU). The role drives Learning & Performance strategy and execution for the TAVNEOS business, including New Hire/Onboarding, field learning, semester meetings, sales capability initiatives, and ongoing training aligned with business priorities. Additionally, the individual will partner across Brand, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, and Commercial teams to help shape Learning & Performance strategy and launch readiness for dazodalibep (DAZ) in Sjögren's disease.
What You Will Do
Lead Learning & Performance strategy and execution for the TAVNEOS business, including New Hire/Onboarding, field learning, semester meetings, and ongoing sales capability initiatives. Partner with Brand Leadership to ensure learning strategies are aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives. Collaborate across the RDBU Learning & Performance team, cross-functional internal partners, and other Business Unit learning organizations to identify and scale learning best practices. Build and scale sales capability initiatives and learning solutions that improve field effectiveness and accelerate business results.
