Job Description
Xencor is a public, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in the Los Angeles area and San Diego. We are advancing our pipeline toward clinical proof-of-concept decisions and are seeking a Sr. Manager, Statistical Programming, to join our team.

Requirements

  • Attends multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Partners with cross functional study teams
  • Creates or reviews and approves programming plans
  • Communicates effectively with other stakeholders
  • Provides input to specifications
  • Provides hands-on programming and validation support
  • Works effectively with external vendors
  • Oversees CRO full-service vendors
  • Assists manager with evaluating resources
  • Creates or reviews and approves CDISC-compliant deliverable
  • Develops software systems to generate and/or validate displays of clinical study data
  • Writes, modifies, and maintains programs
  • Carries out electronic data transfer
  • Assists in developing standards related to statistical programming
  • Assists the team in planning and developing data monitoring tools
  • Creates and documents archives of software, outputs, and analysis files
  • Reviews draft clinical reports
  • Supports Statistical Programming leadership
  • Provides time and resource estimates for project planning
  • Adheres to all department and company-wide policies
  • Provides oversight and direction to direct and indirect reports
