The role involves research, design, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve products, features, and processes. A core part of the role will be overseeing research resources and growing the team to enhance UX research capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes and user research.
  • 12+ years of combined education and experience applying user research methods.
  • Experience growing and managing research teams.
  • Experience with Enterprise IT software like ServiceNow and mobile/desktop platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
