Role OverviewCollaborate with the hardware team to brainstorm and fast-pace prototype new ideas and concepts. Lead junior engineers to complete full cycles of plan/execute/test in complex projects.
What You Will Do
Support assembly, testing, and validation of robotic prototypes and products. Assist in analysis and optimization of mechanical designs for performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
- 2+ year of industry experience
- Mentality for fast prototyping and testing
- Previous experience of mechanical design, drawings (SolidWorks), GD&T, building and integration of any kind of robotic platforms
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and shop equipment, including 3D printers, power tools, and hand tools
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet-metal, weldment, machining
- Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Mandarin language skills is preferred
