Sr. Mechanical Engineer – Server Liquid Systems

Requirements

• Design cold plates, RDHX assemblies, manifolds, piping systems, and liquid distribution components
• Develop microchannel geometries
• Evaluate baseplate materials and surface treatments
• Create 3D models and assemblies in Creo
• Support CFD and FEA analysis
• Collaborate with other engineers and cross functions
• Create, maintain, and review bills of materials (BOM's)
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing during prototype builds and testing
• Support Pre-Sales Team in solution development and quotations
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Manage multiple ongoing projects
• Work directly with Procurement and material vendors
• Participate in and lead group discussions
