Job Description
The Senior Service Desk Manager will be responsible for managing the in-house service desk, administering hourly employees, planning and maintaining staff, and overseeing project management for in-house equipment and software rollouts. The role requires strong troubleshooting, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and prior experience with ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of enterprise computing and software in an Active Directory environment
  • Working knowledge of enterprise policies and procedures
  • Strong troubleshooting, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
