Sr. Operations Agent responsible for domestic documents preparation, shipment routing, rate negotiation, brokerage assistance, sales support, freight bill auditing, and freight quotes. Handles customer problems and inquiries, and maintains relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' industry experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Motor Carriers and Freight Forwarders
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
