Job Description
Temporary role to cover leave of absence, estimated 6 month assignment, with possibility to extend. Responsible for back-end configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workforce Management (WFM) and payroll-related systems to ensure accurate data flow, system integrity, and compliance. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for WFM configuration and payroll integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management and/or payroll system configuration and support
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM)
  • Workforce Management (WFM) back-end configuration experience required
