Role OverviewAs a Sr. PFAS Process Engineer, you will serve in a seller-doer role, growing opportunities and leading the execution of projects related to compliance with the proposed per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) regulations. You will collaborate with the PFAS Initiative Team, Client Directors, and Project Managers on new business pursuits related to PFAS treatment projects.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for business development activities and external marketing opportunities such as presenting at local/national conferences, building/maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business prospects. You will also lead multiple projects and support multiple clients simultaneously, serving as the central point of contact for PFAS treatment questions and guidance in your region.

Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering.
- 11 years of experience in drinking water treatment with at least 5 years in water quality and treatment or engineering management
- Established leadership skills with deep understanding of consulting, project execution, client services, and business development.
- Strong communication skills with capacity for building and maintaining client relationships
