Job Description
The Senior Principal Engineer, Manufacturing leads major product design projects. This role is responsible for the coordination and management of resources to drive projects to completion.

Requirements

  • Builds project plans, timelines and budgets for complex design changes
  • Leads internal resources for project feasibility testing and exploration stage of projects
  • Directs validation testing from the necessary internal resources to ensure compliance and quality control
  • Tracks project findings and details long-term impacts and evaluation and reports to relevant internal management teams
  • Reaches out to internal resources to acquire the necessary resources and buy-in for assigned projects
  • Provides general guidance to Principal engineers regarding less complex and impactful design changes
  • Conducts in training activities and general team management
