Role OverviewNorthrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) seeks a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to lead and manage technical performance in the Mission Modeling Department. The role involves team leadership, management, and technical performance, with department assignments made at the conclusion of the interview process.
What You Will Do
Develop, integrate, test, and analyze complex virtual representations of systems and environments, including simulation code and scripts, system models, test automation, and execution of integration test activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field with 8 years of related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and Systems thinking mindset
- Knowledge of and experience in model-based systems engineering concepts such as SysML and tools such as Cameo and Rhapsody
- Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance prior to start-date and ability to obtain and maintain full Secret Clearance once started
