Job Description
Dexcom Corporation is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). We are looking for a Sr Process Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in structured problem solving and statistical data analysis to solve problems through root cause understanding, design improvements for equipment and manufacturing processes, and collaborate across groups to bring the best possible experience to Dexcom patients.

Requirements

  • Lead cross functional teams in structured problem solving and statistical data analysis to solve problems through root cause understanding
  • Design improvements for equipment and manufacturing processes that will improve product quality, increase productivity, and reduce costs
  • Perform equipment and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure equipment meets specifications, performance, regulatory, and business requirements
  • Collaborate across groups including Regulatory, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Process Engineering to bring the best possible experience to Dexcom patients
  • Write instructions and provide training and coaching to technicians and operations on best practices, new and existing procedures
