Job Description
Phillips 66 is seeking a Sr Process Safety Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the safety culture and operational excellence of our site(s). As a Sr Process Safety Engineer, you will guide the development and continuous improvement of process safety systems, ensure engineering solutions and operational practices meet regulatory and company standards, and lead compliance initiatives for PSM, RMP, and TCPA programs.

Requirements

  • Guide the development and continuous improvement of process safety systems
  • Design and refine manufacturing processes
  • Facilitate and support Process Hazard Analyses (PHA/LOPA)
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and contracts
  • Represent the refinery in industry groups and interface with regulatory agencies
