Role OverviewAs a Sr. Procurement Manager at Layup Parts, you will be responsible for building up procurement internal systems, establishing relationships with legacy suppliers, and executing day-to-day procurement transactions. You will work closely with the COO, CEO, and Business Operations team members to achieve company objectives.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include supplier management, contract management, material demand planning, internal system development, negotiation, and analytics. You will be responsible for all day-to-day procurement and will work to minimize material waste and expiration, understand material ETAs, and properly evaluate suppliers' on-time delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, contract negotiation, material or production planning, operations or supply chain management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in startups or small teams in fast-paced and quickly changing environments
- Comfortable in environments with little to no established systems or structure
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Conducts all activities with the highest integrity
