Role Overview

The Product Design Technical Program Manager will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team, and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, test and delivery. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

What You Will Do

Drive the team to meet PDP requirements, develop and maintain task-based PD schedule, provide risk management and schedule optimization analysis, serve as the PD communication focal point with the Lab126 Core team, Overseas Partners and OEMs, drive and track enclosure material readiness for Engineering builds, manage BOM development and readiness, support through coordination of resources across Process Engineering Team initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • 5+ years of consumer electronics experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
