Job Description
ABCorp is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our next-generation Client Experience Platform — the harmonized customer portal that unifies card issuance, content management, production workflows, and data analytics into a seamless, modern interface. This role will define the interaction language, design system, and usability standards for the platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated expertise in user research, workflow mapping, and customer discovery
  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality UI design and interaction systems
  • Deep expertise in Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping
  • Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms with complex operational workflows
  • Ability to simplify dense, data-heavy interfaces into clean, usable experiences
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with engineering partners
  • Experience in regulated domains (fintech, payments, healthcare, identity, etc.) is a plus
  • Fluency with modern prototyping and AI-assisted design tools, such as Claude (including Claude Code for UI exploration), ChatGPT, Lovable, and advanced prototyping tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA
