Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years designing for consumer-facing marketplaces, e-commerce, or other multi-sided platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work (from concept through shipped features) in complex consumer environments.
  • Proficiency with Figma and familiar with Lovable.
  • Experience working with and contributing to scalable design systems.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills—you can align diverse stakeholders and present work persuasively.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make sound design decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Domain experience in real estate, fintech, or other transaction-driven consumer marketplaces is a plus.
