Job Description
As the Senior Product Manager, Core Services, you will take ownership of driving the strategy, vision, and execution of our core services platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platforms, microservices, or developer-facing products
  • Proven success in delivering platforms or products that serve internal clients or developers, understanding their workflows, needs, and pain points
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts across different business units
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc., to inform decisions and optimize platform outcomes
  • Solid understanding of microservice architecture, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, serverless), and API-first design
  • Experience with cloud platforms and an understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure and multi-tenant systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals in a fast-paced environment
