Join the Flexcon Team! We are seeking candidates to fill a Sr. Product Manager role for our Packaging market. This high-impact role will drive the growth of assigned product lines, collaborate on innovation pipeline growth, and manage business performance. As a Product Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, develop product lines, and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or another related field
  • MS, MBA degree or an advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Consistent track record of developing new products from concept through commercialization
  • High performance, innovation driven, customer and sustainability-centric mindset
  • Experience in adhesives, films, packaging labels, and/or functional packaging or PSA-based material science technology platforms
