Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead a several agent facing and dealer interfacing platforms that power agents assisting customers and dealers across North America.

Requirements

  • Product Strategy & Outcomes: Own the product vision and roadmap for agent facing and dealer interfacing platforms.
  • Product Execution & Delivery: Serve as the primary product owner for assigned platforms, accountable for requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and release readiness.
  • Operational & Platform Leadership: Provide product leadership for platform stability, performance, and resilience, including incident response and root-cause remediation.
  • Stakeholder & People Leadership: Serve as a trusted product partner to Operations, Contact Center leadership, Compliance, IT, and Business stakeholders across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
