Job Description
The Sr Program Director leads large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) programs across multiple geographies, stakeholders, and workstreams, owning end-to-end delivery, client engagement, financial performance, and strategic roadmap execution for PLM transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 20+ years of IT / Digital Program Management experience
  • Proven experience leading large, global PLM transformations, Migration programs ($10M+ programs)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major PLM platform (Teamcenter / Windchill / 3DEXPERIENCE / Agile)
  • Solid experience in client-facing roles, including executive stakeholder management
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning program margins and commercials
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or Automotive domains
  • Exposure to regulated environments and validation-led delivery models
  • PMP / PgMP / SAFe / ITIL certifications preferred
  • Experience working in global delivery models (US–Europe–India)
