Job Description
As a Sr. Program Manager, you’ll serve as the primary interface between the contractor and the Government, responsible for comprehensive program management across all subtask areas. The Program Manager must be available during standard business hours and respond promptly to technical or administrative issues.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, with at least five (5) years leading complex projects and programs, preferably on technical solutions development projects and Salesforce programs
  • Active CBP BI clearance required
  • A certification in project management from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., Project Management Profession (PMP) and/or Program management professional from the Project Management Institute) is preferred
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment
  • Experience with full lifecycle Agile program management
  • Experience effectively communicating with senior levels of a customer organization
  • Experience delivering solutions to production and/or migrating legacy applications to new modern platforms
  • Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute those items in accordance with approved plans
