Job Description
Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a Sr Program Manager to lead complex technical programs in a design, manufacturing, or defense/aerospace environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Requirements

  • Lead the integrated program team and assume full accountability for program performance
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and program budget
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate significant program risks
  • Drive execution and integration across a matrixed team of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality experts
  • Own the program's financial performance and present program health to executive leadership
