Job Description
This role is responsible for preparing owner billings, managing job costs, and identifying financial risks in a commercial construction setting. The Sr Project Accountant will also manage relationships with third-party subcontractors and the project management team to ensure exceptional customer service and prompt payment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferred in business discipline
  • 5+ years of construction accounting experience
  • Construction or property management experience, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities & see projects through to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
