Role OverviewProvide architectural design leadership across multiple projects, serving as a leader of creative authority with expert-level knowledge. Collaborate with senior design leaders and other project leadership to conceptualize design solutions and develop them throughout all phases of a project.
What You Will Do
Conceptualize design solutions, develop them throughout all phases of a project, and create innovative design concepts that synthesize clients' culture, goals, and aspirations. Translate shared design goals and ideas for both team and client, and provide guidance on design intent during the construction administration phase.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture
- Minimum 12 years of related professional experience
- Architectural Registration in the United States (preferred)
- LEED accreditation (preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical knowledge of exterior and interior materials and building assemblies
- Command of Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
