Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery and enhancement of mission-critical diagnostic and ancillary technology systems across a public healthcare organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Sciences, or a related discipline
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible project or program management experience
  • At least 5 years delivering healthcare IT initiatives, including hands-on involvement with ancillary or diagnostic department systems
  • Proven experience integrating diagnostic and ancillary applications with enterprise EHR platforms, ideally Oracle Health (Cerner)
  • Strong command of scope control, risk management, vendor coordination, and budget oversight for complex healthcare projects
  • Proficiency with enterprise portfolio and project management platforms such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Planview, or similar tools
  • Ability to work effectively with Radiologists, Pathologists, Cardiologists, Lab Managers, and Nursing leadership
  • Comfortable managing infrastructure-heavy initiatives using Waterfall while supporting iterative configuration and testing through Agile methods
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal direction in fast-paced hospital environments while maintaining accountability and transparency
  • Clear, confident communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholder groups around shared delivery goals
