Requirements

  • Provide conceptual engineering design, capital & operating cost estimates and permitting support during all phases of project development
  • Lead or support feasibility studies to evaluate opportunities to existing services/facilities from conceptual planning, design and costing
  • Develop and manage implementation and costing of capital improvement projects with and without external contractors
  • Monitor assigned projects their schedules, and budgets, in accordance with established guidelines and standards
  • Provide technical and commercial evaluation, recommendations and guidance to project teams in support of new project development opportunities
