Liberty Dental Plan is hiring a Sr. Provider Network Manager to lead relationships and strategy behind its leased provider networks. The role requires developing, recruiting, and sustaining a high-performing dental provider network to support Liberty Dental Plan's business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Recruit general dentists and dental specialists to meet access, growth, and network adequacy standards across assigned territories
  • Analyze existing provider networks to identify recruitment gaps and ensure compliance with access standards
  • Negotiate contract terms and fee schedules with existing and prospective providers
  • Collect, review, and submit required contract documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and service contracted network providers in accordance with established guidelines and policies
